Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the shipping box and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
